Every lead.
Every call.
One system.
This is the complete playbook for how Destined Industries turns website visitors into paying builds — the CRM, the quotes, the website, and Benny. Read it once top-to-bottom, then live in it.
The System at a Glance
A customer lands on the website, tells us what they drive, and becomes a lead in the CRM. From that second, the clock is running: automation texts them, you call them, Benny helps you research and quote, and the quote goes out as a Shopify draft order they can pay in one tap. Here's the whole pipeline:
Benny AI runs underneath the whole flow in Telegram — parts lookup, fitment checks, supplier pricing, quote prep, CRM status, and daily reports. Whenever a step needs research, ask Benny before you dig manually.
Every lead gets a human phone call. Automation warms them up and keeps them from going cold — but automation has never sold a coilover kit. Speed and follow-up win the order.
CRM — GoHighLevel
GoHighLevel (GHL) is our CRM — the single source of truth for every lead: who they are, what they drive, every text and call, and where they sit in the pipeline. On your phone, GHL is the LeadConnector app. If it isn't on your home screen with notifications on, you are not on the sales team yet.

The Sales Pipeline
One pipeline: Sales Pipeline – Destined. Six stages. Every open lead lives in exactly one stage, and the stage must always reflect reality — this is how we know what to do next without asking each other.
Just came in. Untouched. This stage should be empty by end of day, every day.
We've attempted contact but haven't reached them yet. Cadence continues.
We've had a real two-way conversation — call answered or text replied.
Conversation live, but they need time, info, or a callback. A task with a date exists.
Draft order / quote delivered. Now we chase the decision.
Paid. Confirm the order in Shopify, thank them, ask about the next mod.
Tags tell you where the lead came from
Every website lead arrives pre-tagged. Read the tags before you dial — they tell you what the customer already saw and what to open with:
| Tag | Source | What it means for your call |
|---|---|---|
| di-lead-capture di-fitment-help | Homepage "Nissan Build Pass" popup (10% offer) | They picked their chassis (Z, S, Skyline/GT-R, Truck/SUV, Other Nissan) and want the discount. Lead with the 10% Build Pass and their platform. |
| di-build-help | "Talk to our build team" form on product/fit pages | Hottest lead we get. They named their vehicle and the exact part they want (e.g. "front coilovers"). Call about that part specifically. |
| di-contact-form | Contact page (with a subject tag) | General inquiry — could be an order question, fitment, or a build. Read their message first, then call. |
Automation that's already running
Build Team Request
30-day SMS nurture for di-build-help leads. Texts go out automatically referencing their build.
Nissan Build Pass
30-day SMS nurture for the homepage 10%-off popup leads. Keeps the discount top of mind.
Website Contact Leads
30-day SMS nurture for contact-form leads. In draft — going live soon.
The nurture texts come from "Destined Industries." When you text manually from LeadConnector, read the conversation thread first so you never repeat or contradict what automation already sent.
Shopify — Draft Orders
We don't send PDF quotes and we don't take card numbers over the phone. Every quote is a Shopify draft order on the Destined Industries store. The customer gets a checkout link by SMS or email, pays on their phone, and the paid draft becomes a normal order with our full fulfillment flow behind it.
Why draft orders
Priced & official
Real products, real inventory, taxes and shipping calculated by Shopify. No spreadsheet math, no "I'll get back to you on shipping."
Discounts built in
The 10% Build Pass or any negotiated deal is applied as a line/order discount on the draft — the customer sees the exact final number.
One-tap close
The invoice link is the close. While you're on the phone: "I just texted you the link — go ahead and tap it." Payment happens live on the call.
The quote workflow
| Step | Action | Tool |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Confirm year / make / model and the exact parts the customer wants. Check fitment — never quote a part you haven't verified fits. | Benny /findparts, EasySearch fitment |
| 2 | Check availability and cost if it's a special-order item — Benny can pull Turn14 supplier stock and pricing. | Benny (Turn14 lookup) |
| 3 | Build the draft order: customer, line items, shipping, and any discount. Benny can prep the whole draft for approval. | Shopify Admin → Draft Orders, or Benny /quotes |
| 4 | Send the invoice link — ideally while still on the phone. Then move the lead to Proposal Sent in GHL. | Shopify + LeadConnector |
| 5 | Chase: Day 1 text, Day 2 call, then the follow-up cadence below until paid or dead. | LeadConnector |
Quote links always use destinedindustries.com — never the shop.* subdomain, never a raw Shopify URL. And a draft order is not a win: nothing counts until it's paid.
DestinedIndustries.com
The website is a fast, fitment-first Nissan parts storefront. Customers pick their vehicle, the catalog filters to what actually fits, and three different capture points hand them to us. When you call a lead, you should know exactly which door they walked through:
Nissan Build Pass Popup
Homepage popup offering 10% off. The customer picks their platform — Z chassis, S chassis, Skyline/GT-R, Truck/SUV, or Other Nissan — and drops name + contact. They expect the discount; honor it on the draft order.
Build Help Form
"We source more than what's listed for your [vehicle]." The customer tells us the exact part they're after — coilovers, turbo kit, big brake kit. This is a buying signal, not a browse. Call these first, always.
Contact Form
General contact page with a subject picker. Mix of sales, order support, and fitment questions. Read their message before dialing so the call opens on their topic, not ours.
What happens the second they submit
Each form posts straight into GHL through a LeadConnector webhook. The contact is created (or updated), tagged by source, pushed into Sales Pipeline – Destined → New Lead, and the matching 30-day SMS nurture starts. Your LeadConnector app pings. That ping is your starting gun — the 5-minute clock from Section 05 starts now.
Leads also come from Instagram DMs, phone-ins, and referrals. Same rules: they get created in GHL first, tagged with their source, and worked through the same pipeline. If it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen.
Benny AI — Telegram
Benny is the Destined Industries AI assistant living in our Telegram group. Benny has live, read access to the Shopify store, the EasySearch fitment data, the Turn14 supplier catalog, and the GHL CRM — and he answers in seconds. Before you spend ten minutes digging through the catalog or the CRM, ask Benny.
What Benny does
- Find parts by vehicle, brand, SKU, or fitment — /findparts
- Prep quotes — pricing, availability, draft-order prep — /quotes
- Supplier checks — Turn14 stock and cost on special orders
- CRM lookups — pipeline status, contact history — /ghl
- Store reports — orders, drafts, revenue windows — /reports
The guardrails (by design)
- Benny is read-first. He researches and drafts freely, but…
- He will not create/edit a draft order, send a customer message, or write to the CRM without explicit approval in the chat.
- He never touches payments. Humans close; Benny assists.
- He labels evidence — Shopify vs. Turn14 vs. website — and says "not verified" when he can't prove something. Trust that honesty.
Found 3 matching lift kits in the store — two in stock, one special-order via Turn14 (supplier shows 14 units). Want prices and links formatted for the customer?
Ask Benny in the team group, not in DMs, so everyone sees the answer and we don't ask twice. And give him plates to read: year, make, model, and part — "coilovers for a 2007 350Z" beats "got any coilovers?"
When We Call
A new lead gets their first call within 5 minutes of hitting the CRM whenever we're inside calling hours. A lead called in 5 minutes is many times more likely to answer and buy than one called the next day. This single habit is worth more than any script.
Calling windows
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
In the lead's local time zone (check the phone area code / CRM record). Sweet spots: 11–1 and 4–6, when people will actually pick up for a parts call.
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday is a great day — people are in the garage thinking about their build. Sunday: text-first, call only if they reply. Outside windows, leads still get the instant nurture SMS; your call fires at the next window's open.
The contact cadence
Automation handles a 30-day SMS drip. Your calls and personal texts layer on top of it, on this schedule, until you either reach them or close the loop:
| When | Touch | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Day 0 · +5 min | 📞 Call #1 | The speed-to-lead call. No answer → voicemail #1 + personal text referencing their vehicle/part. |
| Day 0 · +2 hrs | 📞 Call #2 | Second attempt, no voicemail this time. Still nothing → move to No Response. |
| Day 1 | 📞 Call + 💬 Text | Morning call. Text: a specific, useful detail ("that coilover kit for your Z is in stock right now"). |
| Day 3 | 📞 Call | Different time of day than Day 1. Vary your windows — same time twice = same voicemail twice. |
| Day 5 | 💬 Text | Value touch, zero pressure: a build idea, a fitment fact, or the Build Pass reminder. |
| Day 7 | 📞 Call + voicemail #2 | "Last call before I stop bugging you" energy — friendly, not passive-aggressive. |
| Day 14 | 💬 Text | Check-in with the discount still on the table. The nurture SMS keeps running regardless. |
| Day 30 | Decision | Reached & alive → Follow-Up with a dated task. Never reached → leave in No Response; nurture keeps them warm and hot replies re-enter the cadence at Day 0 speed. |
After a quote goes out (Proposal Sent)
The clock resets and tightens: Day 1 text ("any questions on the quote?"), Day 2 call, Day 4 call with urgency if real (stock levels, shipping cutoffs, price windows), Day 7 final call. A quoted lead is the most expensive thing we can let die quietly.
The Sales Script
We sell to enthusiasts. The fastest way to lose one is to sound like a telemarketer; the fastest way to win one is to talk about their car like it matters — because it does. The structure below keeps you on rails; the words should come out in your own voice.
"Hey, is this Marcus? — Marcus, this is Edgar from Destined Industries. You just reached out about your 350Z on our site — got a quick minute?"
"Nice — what year is the Z? … What are you doing with it — street, track days, drift? … Is the [part they asked about] the next thing on the list, or are you putting together a bigger round of mods? … When are you trying to have it on the car?"
"Here's how we work: everything on our site is filtered to fit your exact car, and if it's not listed we source it direct from our distributors — so you tell me the setup, and I make sure every part fits together before you pay for anything. And with the Build Pass you've got 10% on top."
"Give me one second, I'm pulling that kit up right now… okay, in stock. I'll put together your exact quote with shipping — you'll get a checkout link by text. Anything else you want me to price into the same box while I'm in there?"
"Just sent it — you should have the text. That link is your full quote with the discount applied; you can pay right there whenever you're ready. If you do it now I can get it moving today. Want me to stay on while you take a look?"
Voicemail scripts
"Hey Marcus, it's Edgar at Destined Industries — saw you're looking at coilovers for your 350Z. I've got answers on fitment and stock for you, and your 10% is ready to go. I'll text you right now — reply there or call me back at this number."
"Hey Marcus, Edgar from Destined one more time. Not going to keep filling your voicemail — your quote and the 10% are good whenever you're ready, and I'm one text away when the Z needs parts. Talk soon."
Objections
"I found it cheaper somewhere else."
Don't argue the number — reframe what the number buys.
"I hear you. Quick question — did they verify it fits your exact year and trim? That's the thing we do that a marketplace listing doesn't: I confirm fitment before you pay, and if anything's wrong on our end we make it right. With the 10% we're usually within a few bucks anyway — want me to see if I can tighten the quote?"
"I need to think about it."
Fine — but find out what "it" is, and leave with a scheduled next touch.
"Totally fair. Just so I point you at the right info — is it the price, the timing, or picking between setups? … Got it. I'll hold the quote as-is, and I'll check back Thursday. If anything changes on stock I'll text you first."
"Will this actually fit my car?"
This is our home turf. Answer with specifics, not reassurance.
"That's exactly what we check. You've got the '04 with the [trim/details] — this kit is listed for your chassis, and I verify it against the fitment data before the order goes out. If a part ever doesn't fit as listed, that's on us to fix."
"I'm just looking / not ready yet."
No pressure — convert the moment into a mapped future sale.
"All good — builds are a marathon. What's the dream list for the car? … I'll keep your 10% attached to your info, and when you're ready it's one text to me. What's realistically first on that list?"
"How long is shipping?" / "Is it in stock?"
Never guess. Check while they're on the line.
"Let me check that live so I'm not guessing… [Benny/Shopify] …in stock, ships from our distributor in 1–2 business days. If you lock it in today it's moving this week."
Enthusiast to enthusiast. Say the chassis code. Ask what the car's for. Never fake knowledge — "let me verify that so I don't steer you wrong" builds more trust than a confident wrong answer.
